14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required to process your return.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—we will cover the cost of return shipping by providing you with a prepaid shipping label. However, if you wish to return an item for reasons other than an error or defect attributable to us (for example, if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), you will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before starting a return or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your payment method or your bank’s processing time.
