- Gratitude. Give gratitude daily for where you are what you are and what you are yet to become Practicing this daily help strengthen your positive mental attitude.
- Decide every morning which mental attitude you are going to carry... When you decide on your attitude each morning, you are setting a conscious intention... a deliberate choice to shift from a reactive mindset... to a proactive one.
